WomenLift Health East Africa Leadership Journey 2026

The WomenLift Health East Africa Leadership Journey 2026 is a fully funded, 12-month leadership program designed for mid-senior career women leaders in health in East Africa. It combines in-person residencies with virtual learning, mentoring, coaching, and a self-directed Health Leadership Project to develop leadership skills and expand a regional network.

Mentoring, coaching, peer network, access to experts in health, and coverage of travel and lodging for program activities.

Applicants identify as women, work in public health policy, practice, and/or research at national or regional level in East Africa, and have 10-25 years of experience in public health in East Africa.
