WomenLift Health 2027 East Africa Signature Leadership Journey Program

The WomenLift Health East Africa Signature Leadership Journey is a fully funded, 12-month leadership development program for mid-to-senior career women working in health. It includes in-person residencies, virtual learning, group mentoring, coaching, and a self-directed Health Leadership Project, aimed at expanding leadership capabilities and building a regional network of peers and mentors.

Fully funded participation, travel and lodging coverage, mentorship, coaching, and access to a regional and global network of WomenLift Health alumni.

Applicants must identify as women, be citizens/residents of Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, South Sudan, or Burundi, and be a mid-career health leader with 10–25 years of work experience; fluency in English is required.
