WomenLift Health Southern Africa Signature Leadership Journey 2027

The WomenLift Health Southern Africa Signature Leadership Journey is a fully funded, 12-month program for talented women leaders in health in Southern Africa. It provides in-person residencies, virtual learning, mentoring and coaching, and a self-directed Health Leadership Project to strengthen leadership, voice and influence within health systems. Global Fellows who complete the journey join a lifelong regional and global network of peers and mentors.

Open to women leaders in health who reside and work in Southern Africa, with mid-career leadership experience (approximately 10–25 years).
