NDDC Local Master’s Postgraduate Scholarship 2025/2026

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) Local Master’s Postgraduate Scholarship supports Master’s degree studies in accredited Nigerian universities across key disciplines relevant to regional and national development. It targets indigenes of the Niger Delta region and provides a pathway for academic excellence and professional development in listed disciplines. The selection process includes online application, shortlisting, a computer-based test, interviews, and final verification.

Applicants must be indigenes of the Niger Delta region, not older than 40 years, and must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with classification of 1st Class, 2nd Class Upper/Lower, or an HND with Upper Credit plus a PGD.
