wAtt-boost – Youth Power Start Up in Africa program 2025

The wAtt-boost program is a startup accelerator/open call aimed at young entrepreneurs in Africa working in the renewable energy and electrification space. It combines pre-acceleration and acceleration components with training, mentoring, coaching, networking, visibility, and fundraising support conducted in English. Selected participants may benefit from two modules and could compete for monetary prizes to support promising ventures.

Participation in training and modules (technical and business), mentoring and coaching, networking and visibility, fundraising support, and potential monetary prizes.

Entrepreneurs must be between 18 and 35 years old; the startup should address the African market and be registered in Africa for at least one year, operating in renewable energy and related areas. The entrepreneur must have African citizenship or the startup must be registered in Africa and proficient English is required.
