wAtt-boost: Youth Powered Start Up in Africa

wAtt-boost is a tailored training program for startups and entrepreneurs in the renewable energy sector in Africa. It includes modules from the NewGen Renewable Energy Accelerator and an ad-hoc training module addressing African electricity markets, with the potential to win awards for standout ventures. The program targets young entrepreneurs developing renewable energy solutions for the African market.

Two awards of 10,000 Euros each for the most promising entrepreneurs/startups; tailored training modules during the program.

Entrepreneurs must be between 18 and 35 years old; the solution should address the African market; ownership either through African citizenship or a startup registered in Africa; the startup must be at least 1 year old and operate in renewable energy and electrification; proficiency in English is required.
