Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme 2025 for Young Nigerians

The Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme (YTP) is a two-day career development programme led by LBS faculty and industry experts. It is designed to expose young Nigerians to insights on productivity, leadership, and entrepreneurship and to prepare participants for successful careers and further studies. The ninth edition takes place at Lagos Business School and is associated with the LBS Management Scholarship Academy.

Exposure to productivity, leadership, and entrepreneurship insights; mentorship from Lagos Business School faculty and industry experts; participation in the LBS Management Scholarship Academy.

Applicants must have graduated with a First or Second Class Upper degree (or its equivalent); must be under 30 years old at the time of application; may be currently enrolled in or have completed a master’s degree (optional); previous participants of the YTP are not eligible to apply.
