Rhodes East Africa Scholarship 2026

The Rhodes East Africa Scholarship provides funding for postgraduate study at the University of Oxford for citizens of East African countries. It covers course fees and provides a stipend, with additional funding for visas and travel. Applicants should have completed an undergraduate degree and meet academic and English language requirements for admission to Oxford.

Citizenship in Burundi, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania or Uganda, residency in one or more of these countries or Kenya for at least five of the last ten years, and an undergraduate degree completed by July 2026 with a high academic standard.
