UPU International Letter-Writing Competition 2025 for Young People

The Universal Postal Union (UPU) International Letter-Writing Competition invites young people to submit letters adhering to a theme about caring for the ocean. The 2025 edition involves national rounds selecting winners, with international winners receiving medals or certificates and travel support to an awards ceremony in Dubai, UAE. Entries are submitted in the form of a letter and must follow the competition rules, including length limits and required accompanying materials.

Medals or certificates for top prize-winners; transport and accommodation for the three prize-winners and two accompanying adults per winner to the awards ceremony (Dubai), plus national award ceremonies.

Only young participants from 9 to 15 years may take part in the annual competition.
