About this opportunity
The AI4D Scholarship Programme supports PhD students and Early Career Academics in Africa to conduct AI/ML research addressing SDGs. The initiative is funded by a grant to the African Centre for Technology Studies (ACTS) with aim to promote responsible AI and equitable distribution across Francophone, Anglophone and Lusophone sub-Saharan Africa. Scholarships include research funding and tuition support for up to two years, with additional capacity-strengthening activities.
