ICSP Scholarships at University of Oregon USA

International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) scholarships provide partial tuition support for eligible programs at the University of Oregon. They are available to international students who demonstrate financial need and exceptional merit and include a cultural service component. The scholarship is renewable each year through degree completion, subject to program requirements.

Partial tuition waiver; renewal annually; cultural service hours requirement (66-80 hours per year)

Applicants must be admissible or fully admitted to the University of Oregon; new students must apply for admission by 15 January 2026.
