Information

The Hubert Humphrey Fellowships program offers mid-career professionals an opportunity for professional enrichment through non-degree study, in USA universities, with related activities such as courses, conferences, networking, and practical work experiences. Fellows are placed at participating host institutions in the United States and are not able to choose their university. The program aims to strengthen leadership and expertise in development-related fields and provides a range of supports including English language training, a living allowance, health coverage, and travel support.

Eligibility

Citizens of eligible countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe and Eurasia, Middle East and North Africa, East Asia and Pacific, South and Central Asia, and the Western Hemisphere who are experienced professionals.

Application

Applications are submitted through the nominating U.S. Embassy or Binational Fulbright Commission in the applicant's country; deadlines vary by country and internal country deadlines apply.
