Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program 2027/2028 for Mid-Career Professionals

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is a ten-month funded fellowship for international mid-career professionals to study and develop leadership in the United States. It supports academic study and professional development with U.S. counterparts, enabling Fellows to build capacity and networks. Fellows participate in a six-week professional affiliation experience and engage in seminars and leadership activities at host universities and partner institutions.

Tuition and fees paid at the host university; living stipend; English language training if needed; travel to/from the U.S. and within the U.S.; book allowance; computer subsidy; professional development allowances.

Mid-career professionals with a proven track record of leadership, a public service commitment, and the ability to undertake a self-defined program of independent non-degree study in the United States.
