Princeton in Africa Fellowships (2025/2026) for young African graduates

Princeton in Africa (PiAf) offers year-long paid post-graduate fellowship opportunities with a variety of organizations across the African continent. Fellowships are open to graduates of U.S.-accredited colleges and universities as well as colleges on the African continent through the Nexus program.

Year-long paid fellowship placements with host organizations across Africa; travel and medical expenses covered as listed.

General applicants must be young professionals or current undergraduates graduating by June 2025, have a bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. from a 4-year U.S.-accredited university, and meet English proficiency requirements; Nexus applicants must be young professionals or undergraduates with African citizenship and residency and meet similar degree and language requirements.
