Information

The Princeton in Africa Fellowship is a 12-month paid fellowship placing young professionals and graduating undergraduates with host organizations across Africa in fields such as international humanitarian aid, public health, economic development, agricultural development, and education. Fellows work with partner organizations to contribute on projects across multiple sectors and gain professional experience in the African context.

Eligibility

Applicants must be young professionals or current undergraduates graduating by June 2027; hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph.D. from a 4-year U.S.-accredited university or a 4-year university based in Africa; have full professional proficiency in English (CEFR C1 or higher); be no older than 35 years of age during the fellowship year; possess a passport valid at least 6 months after the end of the fellowship year.
