The Cultural Emergency Response Programme (CER) provides financial means to support first aid actions for cultural heritage in areas affected by disasters, conflicts, or crises. It targets people and organizations in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Eastern Europe, and considers proposals related to material needs, research missions, first aid training, or raising awareness about cultural damage. Applicants must refer to a concrete cultural emergency that requires immediate action and submit a Statement of Need.
