National Association of Investment Companies UP Fellowship Program 2026

Applications are open for the UP Fellowship Program, a 6-month professional development program designed to accelerate the careers of ethnically diverse women with experience in the alternative investment industry. The program includes mentorship, workshops, and networking opportunities with sponsor firms. The fellowship targets mid-career professionals and runs from March to September.

Mentorship with senior executives, participation in professional development workshops, and networking with sponsor firms and peers.

Open to ethnically diverse women with 7-12 years of alternative investment industry experience and who are available to participate in the program.
