Merlion Scholarships

The Merlion Scholarships provide financial support for doctoral or postdoctoral studies in France through a co-supervised thesis project with French and Singaporean partners. The program fosters Franco-Singaporean research collaboration and has been running since 2006. Benefits include a monthly allowance, round-trip airfare, and social coverage during the stay.

Monthly stipend, travel costs covered, social insurance during stay.

Applicants must be enrolled in a thesis program in Singapore and French language is not required.
