The United Nations Trust Facility Supporting Cooperation on Arms Regulation (UNSCAR) invites eligible organizations worldwide to submit project proposals that strengthen conventional arms regulation, improve weapons management, and contribute to international peace and security. The programme funds initiatives that enhance arms control, build national and regional capacities, and support development of policy frameworks, with a competitive annual funding cycle and special-circumstances projects available for rapid responses. Successful proposals are expected to begin implementation in 2027.
