The Max Kampelman Fellowships 2026 are paid fellowships hosted by the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE), also known as the U.S. Helsinki Commission. They provide graduate students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in international affairs, human rights, security policy, communications, and government, with placements in Washington, DC for three months. The program supports participation in research, policy development, congressional activities, and public engagement, along with professional mentoring and networking opportunities.
