SPARK Change-Makers Project 2026 in Ghana

The SPARK Change-Makers Project 2026 is a capacity-building program for youth-led or youth-focused civil society organizations and social enterprises in Ghana. It combines organizational development with a pathway to grant funding, beginning with intensive capacity support and mentorship before organizations become eligible to compete for grants to scale their initiatives.

Comprehensive organizational capacity development, leadership and organizational skills training, one-on-one coaching, mentorship, technical assistance, networking opportunities, and access to future grant funding opportunities.

Open to youth-led or youth-focused organizations operating within six implementing regions of Ghana.

Submit an application before the deadline; programme selects organizations for capacity-building and eventual grant access.
