About this opportunity

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) is inviting individuals to apply as Online UN Volunteers to support its advocacy campaign for the International Year of the Woman Farmer (IYWF) 2026. Selected volunteers will serve as Online Campaign Advocates, helping FAO extend the reach of its awareness campaign through digital platforms on a fully online basis for 12 weeks, with a time commitment of 1–5 hours per week.

Eligibility

Applicants should have experience with social media, strong communication skills, and working knowledge of English; knowledge of Arabic or French is a plus but not mandatory. Previous UN volunteering experience is not required.
