CEU Democracy Institute Leadership Academy 2026

The CEU Democracy Institute Leadership Academy (DILA) 2026 is a three-month, part-time leadership development programme designed for mid-career public leaders working at the intersection of public service, politics, civil society, policy and democratic governance. It combines residential sessions in Budapest with online learning to develop strategic thinking, leadership skills and governance knowledge for democratic change in Europe.
