The State Democracy Project is hiring a full-time Executive Director to lead its mission of strengthening democratic participation and supporting grassroots initiatives across the United States.
Benefits & funding
Salary range of $130,000–$150,000 annually plus benefits including PTO, health benefits, and a 401(k) retirement plan
Eligibility
Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit organizations, with understanding of fiscal sponsorship models and fundraising experience.
