Knight Cities Challenge 2026

The Knight Cities Challenge 2026 is an open grant competition funded by the Knight Foundation. It invites individuals, nonprofits, and organizations to apply with bold ideas to strengthen local communities, with funding up to $200,000 per project. Projects should be community-centered, innovative, and designed to create lasting local impact, and winners gain grant funding and access to a network of changemakers and support from Knight Foundation.
