About this opportunity
The Equator 2026 Research School and Mentoring Network is a fully funded programme led by Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Birmingham in the UK. It offers two components: a Mentoring Network connecting participants with academic and industry mentors, and a Research School held in 29 June – 3 July 2026 to prepare participants for advanced research pathways. The programme targets undergraduate and Master’s students, postgraduate researchers, and early career postdocs, providing mentorship, training in grant writing and research design, and opportunities to build professional networks.
