NOVAnext Free Training Program 2025 by Northern Virginia Community College

NOVAnext is a funded training initiative by Northern Virginia Community College to help displaced federal workers and contractors gain new skills, certifications, and career development resources at no cost. The program offers online and on-campus training with a range of certifications and workshops in IT, HR, project management, entrepreneurship and more. It aims to support participants in transitioning to new career paths through structured training and certification opportunities.

Industry-recognized certifications and career skills across IT, HR, project management and entrepreneurship, among others.

Applicants must be displaced federal employees or contractors laid off on or after January 24, 2025, reside within NOVA’s service area, and meet residency requirements for FastForward funding if applicable.

Submit the NOVAnext Interest Form, complete online application when available, undergo eligibility review, and receive enrollment instructions upon approval.
