Information

The IJP German-Northern European Programme is a fellowship for journalists from Germany, Nordic and Baltic states to engage in a dialogue across Northern Europe. The programme comprises up to 22 fellowships with scholars visiting German media outlets and German fellows traveling to Nordic or Baltic countries. Each scholar receives a monetary contribution to cover part of travel, accommodation and personal expenses during their stay in Germany, with additional costs borne by the scholar.

Eligibility

Open to journalists between the ages of 18 and 45 who work as freelancers, trainees or editors in one of the listed countries.
