About this opportunity
The UNESCO Japan Young Researchers Fellowships 2027 is a fully funded fellowship that enables young researchers from around the world to conduct postgraduate research at leading Japanese universities and research institutes. The program focuses on heritage conservation, sustainable development, and artificial intelligence, and supports a 3-9 month research stay beginning in February 2027. Fellows receive funding to cover airfare, accommodation, local transportation, and related expenses, with up to US$10,000 available per fellow.
