About this opportunity
The ITU GCYLP Leadership Programme is a one-year leadership and development program organized by the International Telecommunication Union in partnership with Huawei. It provides financial support, training, and resources to young leaders to implement digital development projects, with a combination of remote training and an in-person module in Geneva, Switzerland. Thirty fellows are selected globally each year.

Eligibility
