MEXT APU Scholarship 2026 (UR) in Japan

Fully funded graduate scholarship for Master’s and PhD programs at Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) in Japan. The MEXT UR scholarship is awarded to international students from designated countries and covers admission fees, tuition, monthly living allowance, medical support, and travel expenses. The University Recommendation track allows direct application to APU, which then nominates eligible candidates to MEXT.
