Colombian Government Scholarship 2025-26

Fully funded government scholarship program allowing international students to pursue a full-time 2-year master's degree in participating Colombian institutions. The scholarship covers tuition, visa costs, health insurance, a monthly stipend, and additional benefits. Applications are open for the academic year 2025-26.

Full tuition, visa expenses, health insurance, monthly stipend, books and stationery allowance, installation expenses.

All foreign nationals are eligible to apply except Colombian citizens; applicant must not have any marital or relationship in Colombia; age must not exceed 50; holding an undergraduate or graduate degree in the respective area.

Submit online application via the ICETEX portal; typical steps include providing an admission letter from a Colombian university, a CV, letters of recommendation and an essay.
