Women in News Global Leadership Accelerator Program

The Women in News Global Leadership Accelerator Program is a high-impact programme for mid-level newsroom managers (journalists and editors) from emerging, transitional, and fragile states. It provides training in key newsroom and media management issues, plus a global peer network, one-on-one coaching, and a professional certificate upon completion.

Training in newsroom and media management, one-on-one coaching, a 3-5 year career roadmap, and a certificate of completion with a professional designation from WAN-IFRA.

Applicants should have 5-10 years of direct newsroom experience, identify as a woman and/or come from a historically vulnerable community, be located outside WIN accelerator markets, have strong English skills, and be able to commit 1-2 hours per week for 21 weeks.
