Arab American Leadership Program

The Arab American Leadership Program (AALP) is a fellowship program that builds a career pipeline for emerging leaders to serve in public policy, government and civic leadership. Fellows gain hands-on experience through summer fellowships in state or federal offices, or at key institutions across Washington, D.C., along with networking, mentorship, and leadership development opportunities.

Networking and mentorship opportunities; leadership professional development workshops; firsthand exposure to federal government operations, the legislative process and public policy development.

Fellows are emerging leaders aiming to contribute to public policy, government and civic leadership.

Fellows participate in summer placements in offices or institutions in Washington, D.C.
