United Nations Global Compact SDG Innovation Accelerator for Young Professionals 2026

The SDG Innovation Accelerator for Young Professionals is a nine-month programme for high-performing professionals within UN Global Compact member companies. It focuses on developing and implementing innovative solutions that contribute to sustainability objectives through online and in-person learning, case studies, company visits and mentoring. Participants join a global network of young professionals and collaborate on projects addressing SDG-related challenges.

Participants gain accelerated learning through online and in-person workshops, case studies, and mentorship; opportunities to collaborate on innovative projects; coaching, mentoring and peer networking; insights from sustainability and innovation experts; access to a global network of young professionals from top companies.

High-performing professionals at participating UN Global Compact member companies, aged 35 or younger.
