United Nations SDG Innovation Accelerator 2024-2025 for Young Professionals

The SDG Innovation Accelerator for Young Professionals is a nine-month programme offered to participating companies within the UN Global Compact network. It aims to develop young talent to collaborate on innovative solutions that align with the Sustainable Development Goals, through online and in-person workshops, case studies, and expert guidance. Participants gain coaching, mentoring, networking, and exposure to sustainability and innovation leaders worldwide.

Participants gain accelerated learning through workshops, case studies, and site visits; opportunities for coaching, mentoring and peer networking; access to insights from sustainability and innovation experts; inclusion in a global professional network of young leaders.

Open to high-performing professionals at participating UN Global Compact companies; participants must be 35 years or younger; interested in business-model innovation, sustainability and disruptive technologies; able to commit at least four hours per month for the Learning Plan and attend four one-day workshops.
