GenAI for Good Challenge 2025

The GenAI for Good Challenge is a competition inviting technologists and innovators to develop AI solutions addressing global challenges in health, agriculture, and climate. Teams collaborate with international partners and can pursue deployment with support from IEEE HT, ITU, and global partners, aiming to create responsible AI solutions with measurable impact. The program includes a two-phase process culminating in open-sourced submissions and potential funding for winners.

Funding up to $25,000 for winning teams; access to global networks and opportunities to collaborate with international partners and deploy AI solutions in real-world contexts.

Open to innovators and changemakers.

Phase One: submit narrative proposals outlining solution design and impact. Phase Two: finalists develop functional prototypes in provided cloud environments; all submissions must be open-sourced.
