A European public sphere: a new online media offer for young Europeans

The European public sphere: a new online media offer for young Europeans is a grant-funded call for proposals by the European Commission. It seeks to fund consortium projects that create curated online spaces with current affairs content to engage young Europeans, enable cross-border dialogue, and increase active citizenship across EU Member States. Projects are expected to deliver multilingual information, cross-border engagement, and inclusive participation among youth.

Applicants must be legal entities established in an EU Member State (including OCTs) and must submit as a consortium of at least 5 applicants from 5 different EU Member States, including news media organisations, non-profit organisations, and youth organisations as potential members.

Submit a proposal by the 24 March 2025 deadline, through the European Commission call for proposals submission process.
