SUPPORTING CONFIDENCE AT 18

The Seminar Supporting Confidence at 18 is a Council of Europe seminar for young refugees and migrants in transition to adulthood, focused on sharing practices and advocating for rights in line with Council of Europe recommendations. It is held at the European Youth Centre in Budapest, Hungary, on 20-21 June 2024. The seminar aims to reassess current needs and strengthen advocacy and practical support through participation of affiliated youth organisations, NGOs or public institutions.

Travel costs and visa fees reimbursed; accommodation and meals provided; participation in a seminar addressing rights of young refugees and migrants.

Eligible applicants must be resident in one of the state parties to the European Cultural Convention, be under 30 years of age, affiliated with a relevant youth organisation, youth centre, NGO or public institution, and able to work autonomously in English.
