About this opportunity

The FSDH Management Associate Program is an elite program designed to attract and train MBA and related master’s degree graduates for pre-management roles within the FSDH Group. It targets candidates in Nigeria and in the diaspora and aims to develop future leaders by providing challenging career opportunities for growth within the group.

Eligibility

MBA or related master’s degree from a recognized institution; professional qualification – ICAN, CFA, ACBIN; 2.1/First class in the first degree; minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience; demonstrated leadership potential and strong analytical skills.
