Leaders Europe programme

The Leaders Europe programme is a six-month virtual leadership development programme designed to cultivate a network of innovative, values-based changemakers across Europe. It targets emerging leaders in government, civil society, and the private sector who are committed to advancing the common good and prepared to create concrete solutions to regional and global challenges. The programme includes weekly leadership workshops, monthly conversations with prominent community leaders, virtual group activities, and individualized leadership coaching.

Be between 24 and 45 years old on September 1, 2026. Have at least 3 years of professional experience. Be proficient in English. Be a citizen or permanent resident in one of the 46 Council of Europe member states and Kosovo, OR be a refugee/asylum seeker in an eligible European nation, OR have lived in an eligible territory for the last 5 years.
