Youthworkpathways training for youth workers on team cooperation

The Youthworkpathways training course is a fully funded programme for youth workers focusing on teamwork, cooperation in international teams, and experiential/outdoor education. It targets youth workers and aims to strengthen competencies in team processes, conflict management, and collegial learning. The course runs in Lithuania from 7 to 13 June 2026 and covers board, travel, lodging, local transportation, and programme costs upon full participation.
