Black Mountain Institute Shearing Fellowship 2026-2027

This nine-month residency supports writers who have published at least one book with a trade or literary press. Fellows receive compensation and housing, plus optional health coverage and office space, with opportunities to engage in community-focused activities and readings in Las Vegas. The program emphasizes both individual writing and contribution to the local literary community.
