Budapest Fellowship Program

The Budapest Fellowship Program is a fully funded transatlantic fellowship in Budapest for young American scholars and professionals for a 10-month stay. Fellows conduct research on topics related to Central and Eastern Europe and Hungary, and work at Hungarian host institutions with mentoring and networking opportunities. The program includes a stipend, housing assistance, travel, health insurance support, language classes, and research funding.

Monthly stipend, housing assistance, round-trip travel to Hungary, health insurance assistance, visa-related support, language classes, research support, and field trips.

Open to United States citizens; two categories: Junior Fellows (graduate students in their senior year or recent graduates) and Senior Fellows (advanced doctoral students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career professionals).
