Natalie Miller Fellowship

The Natalie Miller Fellowship supports women and female-identifying professionals working in Australia’s screen industry by funding tailored leadership development opportunities. Recipients design a 12-month professional development program aligned with their career and leadership goals. The fellowship aims to strengthen leadership capability, expand professional knowledge and build industry networks. Two equal grants of AUD 10,000 are awarded to successful recipients.

AUD 10,000 grant per recipient to fund a 12-month professional development program and associated eligible professional development costs; leadership development, networking and professional growth opportunities.

Open to women and female-identifying professionals in the Australian screen industry with 7+ years of professional experience (including freelance, hybrid, or non-traditional roles). Applicants must demonstrate leadership potential, commitment to industry growth and must not be previous recipients of the NMF Fellowship (previous NMF Catalyst Grant recipients are eligible).
