Fulbright Romania Student Award 2027-28

The Fulbright Romania Student Award 2027-28 is a fully funded scholarship that enables Romanian students to pursue master’s studies and research programs in the United States. It provides tuition and university fee coverage, international travel, a living stipend, books and supplies, health insurance, and J-1 visa sponsorship and administration support. Romanian citizens who hold at least a bachelor’s degree; final-year undergraduate students may also apply; applicants must demonstrate English language proficiency; law applicants must have a previous degree in law; PhD applicants must be early-stage doctoral students enrolled in a Romanian or European PhD program; U.S. citizenship or green card holders are not eligible.
