The Canada-ASEAN SEED Scholarship is a fully funded program for undergraduate and graduate students from ASEAN member countries to pursue short-term studies or research in Canada. It provides financial support including tuition coverage, living stipend, travel, health insurance, and other study-related expenses at participating Canadian institutions. The program aims to strengthen educational ties between Canada and ASEAN nations by enabling academic mobility and collaboration.

Eligibility
Open to students from ASEAN member countries who are enrolled in full-time undergraduate or graduate programs at a home university and seeking a short-term study or research placement in Canada.
Application
Submit an online application through the host Canadian institution / official program channel; the Canadian host institution will coordinate the submission to the SEED program on the applicant’s behalf.
