Information

A leadership development fellowship for emerging African women scientists in agricultural sciences. The program provides leadership and mentoring training, networking opportunities, and tools to advance gender integration in agriculture. Mentees are drawn from diverse biophysical and social science agriculture disciplines and organizations and gain skills to accelerate their career progression.

Eligibility

Young African women agricultural scientists under 35 years old, nationals of the listed African countries, with at least a bachelor’s degree in an agricultural-related field, residing in Africa and actively engaged in agriculture-related work, not currently a fellow or laureate of AWARD fellowships.
