The AWARD Leadership Program 2026/2027 for Emerging African Women in Agricultural Sciences

The AWARD Leadership Program 2026/2027 is a 9-month immersive leadership program for high-potential African women working in science and agriculture. It provides virtual training on leadership, mentoring, proposal writing and communication, along with one-on-one coaching to help participants lead effectively and advance in agricultural science careers. All training materials and mentoring are provided at no cost to participants.

Virtual leadership training, mentoring, webinars with experts, peer networking, and role-modeling activities, with no training fees.

Open to high-potential female applicants under 35 working in science and agriculture, with at least five years of full-time sector experience and a minimum B.Sc. degree in an agricultural science discipline, residing in Africa.
