Proposals are being accepted for the GEM Incubation Fund 2025 to support emerging research that addresses development challenges. The fund aims to incubate solutions, develop policy action, and create tools with potential impact in developing economies, with special focus on AI-related topics and various impact areas. Grants cover incubation and/or seed funding for preliminary research ideas, including data collection, collaboration development, and research assistance, with an average size around $20,000 and a 6- to 12-month timeline.

Eligibility
